Tennis & Pickleball

Dear Country Pointe at Plainview Residents,

In order to have the tennis and pickleball courts available for use safely and in compliance with all applicable guidance we will enforce the following rules regarding use of the tennis and pickleball courts:

Use of the tennis and pickleball courts must be scheduled in advance using a website.

CLICK HERE to reserve a tennis or pickleball court.

When you are on the amenities website, select which amenity you would like to schedule, by clicking the amenity you would like to sign up for (i.e. Har-tru Tennis Court or Pickleball Court Retail Side or Street Side). Once you select an amenity select the time slot you would like to attend.

Before signing up it is REQUIRED for every user to fill out, sign and return the attached Tennis and Pickleball Waiver form and to review the attached Tennis and Pickleball Regulations. We ask that you email the completed Tennis and Pickleball Waiver form back to management at [email protected] or return it to the concierge desk in the clubhouse. For your convenience Tennis and Pickleball Waiver forms and Tennis and Pickleball Regulations will also be printed and available at the concierge desk in the clubhouse.

Once we’ve received the waiver you will be added to our system and will not be required to sign it again.

If you arrive late to your appointment there will be no extension of time. The next reserved session will start on time and you will be asked to leave.

Scheduling time on the courts will be on a first-come first-serve basis.  However, if the same residents are reserving the same spot every day please understand that we may have to cancel or move your reservation to allow other residents to be able to use that time slot.

Please be mindful of the Tennis and Pickleball Regulations. We’re making these courts available in order to provide the safest and best living experience possible to our residents.
